Male Fertility

Over the past few decades there has been a significant increase in male infertility and sadly this trend is continuing today. Both environmental pollutants and man-made oestrogens are a major contributing factor to declining sperm counts. Some prescribed drugs may also have a detrimental effect on sperm production. Other factors such as heat, blockages to sperm pathways or past illnesses can also affect male fertility.

At the Jade Centre we offer a professional, friendly and supportive approach. We will look at all aspects of your health and lifestyle so that we can offer you the most appropriate advice to help you to make the best possible changes to have a positive impact on your sperm’s development.

As sperm takes three months to fully develop we find that the best outcomes are achieved when treatment is given for at least three months.

Our treatments will often include a combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs.
